the past week...

Monday I worked...then i went and milked...

Tuesday, I went to the Soup Kitchen in Orangeburg to help serve lunce...then i came home and milked....the I came home and we went to chorus an hour later...

Wednesday I worked and then we went to church...

Thursday, I went to the doctor and sat in the waiting room for 3 hours and back in the examination room for 1 hour and saw the dr for 10 minutes and found out i have ringworm on the side of my mouth...and then i went to Denmark and got my perscription filled out...then i was home for 5 minutes and left to milk...then came home and got ready and left an hour later for nursing home....

Friday, I did the bathroom and since mom and dad went to Orangeburg i mopped the kitchen and utility room floors....at 2:30 left and went and clean church and left there around 3:10 to go milk (the rest were there to finish the church)...after milking i got showered really fast...vaccumed the basement and had Maurita and 3 friends at the mulebarn all in 30 minutes! then i came home and got andrea and we went to Miss Ashley's for Chinese supper!

Saturday i worked at the store again and it was CRAZY busy that day...then i came home and milked....and then i was home for the rest of the evening....

Sunday, We went to church and instead of sunday school we had open council meeting....and came home and had company for lunch...and then slept for about 1/2 hour before i was awaken to the sound of my phone buzzing a text in...then i read and after that i took my accordian outside and played a few songs...then we had supper by the camp fire...after supper we sang and some of up older kids were being silly and dad was getting slightly irritated...oops...maybe we should grow up! :-) And now i'm online and need to go to bed!

SO that was my life this week! WHEW! it was quite a week! but i'm still alive and well...hope that update didn't bore anybody to tears! ha! take care...

Geneva, The milking is making me see my old life growing up on the farm. if I were mature it would be a good memory. But since I am not that, all I see is poopy cows and smell udders and milk. happy milkin' Shilah

ponderings...

Some times i wonder....why do i even blog? do ppl even read it? but then i wonder am i selfishly wanting ppl to notice? do they have to comment? I rarely comment on other's posts...so why should they comment on mine? Hello to all....

I'm sitting in northern Wisconsin at my aunt's house figuring out how to use this! wow! i shoulda just started pushing buttons before....that's what she had me do! pushing buttons is what i do best when it comes to computers! ;-) cause that's what your do right?! This wireless internet is really nice...i'm going to have to get use to my slow phone at home again in about a week...I am supposed to fly home next monday....if the weather isn't bad...the weather has been lovely! I have been enjoying the crispness of the northern air! I will have to learn to endure the muggy wet of the south...i did it last year to i'll survive again! School teaching is something I love! i forgot how much i loved it until about 3 weeks ago when i began teaching again as a substitute teacher here at Northwoods...It was a little strange at first being in a new school and stuff but i soon got used to it and am loving it! now to get enough sleep to be able to function properly! :-) I ...

i Think it's time...

To go on a trip! I was thinking that i needed to get out my suitcase to pack to go on the camping trip and all of a sudden realized how odd it felt to be getting it out....and thinking back to camping trips before how it didn't feel so odd to get packed up....well, i suppose that means i've been working too much and not going places anymore! ha ha! This summer i may get a few excursions in here and there...but not sure yet if i will or not.....i am going to LA for 10 days, but there are a few other places to go too..... i mean i need to put my suitcases to use right?! :-) it's definitely time! ha ha! in other news...this weekend is the end of school....graduation....etc! I have to milk this evening because one of the sons of the guy I milk for is graduating....and the mama usually milks and she wondered if i would for her...i get the next 3 days off...so i'm milking tonight... I have 2 more weeks at the store...and 3 weeks till i go to LA... In the mean time there is GA...
