....where does a person pick up poison ivy in the early spring when it's all brown....and on the palms of hands and between fingers to beat all?! ugh!
...why does sometimes winter stay mild and drag on long into April and some year be intensely cold and suddenly end in February?
...how is it that when you eat just the right foods that you can eat more then other foods and still lose weight?! (i'm learning all things dietwise these days)
...did you know that a lack of Vitamin D can make your bones stop working right which will then cause you Metabolism not function properly?
...how is it that even tho the daffodils and other early bloomers were frozen for weeks on end, they can suddenly burst forth at the very hint of warm weather?
....why is it that the food that is actually good for you is way more expensive then the trash?
...why is it that Bamberg County feels like the tropics if it's not 50*F or colder?
...What makes a headache/backache suddenly happen when 5 minutes ago you felt perfectly healthy?
....and what makes the said headache/backache make you feel washed out and almost dizzy?
...how does grass turn green from one small 10 minute rain shower?
...why does the sun not shine much these days?
...and Why can i never get enough done in one day?! :-)
I'm sure there's not a correct answer for a lot of this stuff....just random things I was sitting here thinking about! This week we are having revivals at church and i missed last night from that silly washed out feeling but the first 2 nights were inspiring and surprisingly enough i was for once able to stay awake....maybe i'm finally getting my Vitamin D back up to positive levels...It's somewhat funny cause this winter i was actually not feeling as tired as most and i go to the Dr. and she tells me i need to be on a Vitamin D supplement and spend time outside cause it's dangerously low...did you even know that was possible?! so i look for every oppurtunity to spend outside when the sun actually does come out...which since that diagnosis 2-3 weeks ago has not happened often...:-/ I will say tho that i feel like a more energetic person since i changed my lifestyle; food, exercise and sunshine...i don't know if it's the sunshine so much as the fact that i eat things i never have eaten before and eat more variety and quantity then i usually would have in the last few years...and now have some 'new' dresses that are actually several years old! yay! yes, it's a wonderful feeling!
I'm learning that it only takes a few more minutes the do all this new stuff and i still get the same amount of stuff done! I always used the excuse that i didn't have time! This morning i actually was able the get up at 6 instead of 7 and felt well rested! I take that as a really good sign! YAY!
